Crab curry Bendega

Cuisine Crab / Crab is very tempting, especially for fans of the crab. With the right level of spicy spices combined with the typical asia make the tongue seemed to not want to stop shaking.


Crab Curry Ingredients Bendega:

     Fresh crab, 200 grams, cleaned
     Margarine / cooking oil, 2 tablespoons
     Coconut milk, 500 ml

Crab Curry spice Bendega:

     Red pepper, 2 pieces
     Cayenne pepper, 2 pieces
     Red onion, 3 eggs
     Garlic, 2 cloves
     Turmeric, 2 knuckles, mashed
     Pecans, 2 eggs
     Ginger, two knuckles, crushed
     Galangal, 2 fingers, crushed

How to make Curried Crab Bendega:

     Finely chop all ingredients except ginger and galangal.
     Heat oil and fry all the chopped spices until fragrant.
     Enter ginger and galangal. Pour the coconut milk, and cook until boiling milk while stirring occasionally so it does not break.
     Enter the crab, cook over high heat until the crabs are cooked about 15 minutes. Remove and serve.
