Macaroni Soup Mix

Mix the soup is cooking Macaroni soup with milk and chicken broth soup, macaroni contents are mixed with various other ingredients such as meat and sausages. It's really a mixed cuisine.

Macaroni Soup Mix Ingredients:

     Macaroni, 400 grams, boiled, drained
     Bacon, 3 pieces, cut into
     Fillet of chicken, 200 grams, steamed, diced
     Beef sausage, 4 pieces, cut round, 1cm
     Margarine, 50 grams
     Liquid milk, 750 ml
     Chicken broth, 1 liter
     Cheddar cheese, 100 grams, grated

Seasonings:

     Onions, 5 grains, thinly sliced
     Pepper, 1 teaspoon
     Nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon
     Salt, to taste
     Granulated sugar, 1/2 teaspoon

How to make Macaroni Soup Mix:

     Heat butter, saute onion until fragrant.
     Enter the bacon, chicken and sausage. Saute, stirring frequently, until meat changes color.
     Pour milk and broth, and cook until boiling.
     Add macaroni and other seasonings and stir well. Lift. Serve with grated cheese.

To 3 servings

Macaroni Soup Tips:

     Add a little oil when boiling the macaroni to prevent sticking.
     Do not boil the macaroni too mature for good shape.
