RECIPE OF Chocolate cupcake

Cupcake Ingredients:

     4 eggs
     100 grams of granulated sugar
     ½ teaspoon salt
     ½ tablespoon emulsifier (SP / TBM)
     100 grams of cake flour
     30 grams of cocoa powder
     ½ teaspoon powder bawking
     30 grams of cooking oil
     50 ml of liquid milk
     ½ teaspoon of chocolate pasta

Cupcake Fill Material:

     75 grams of dark cherry jam

Cupcake Decoration Material:

     100 grams of buttercream
     100 grams dark cooking chocolate, shaved



How to Make Cupcake:

     Cake: Beat eggs, sugar, salt, and emulsifier until fluffy. Stir in the flour flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder and mix evenly with sifted.
     Enter a mixture of cooking oil, milk, pasta and brown a little, stirring gently.
     Pour in the cup muffin cup dialas short wide gold foil.
     Steam 12 minutes over medium heat until cooked.
     Halve the cake off.
     Apply a dark cherry jam, another piece of cake cups.
     Rub it with buttercream and sprinkle shaved chocolate.
